It's a textbook.
When item arrived i was astonished at how good the book looked. Almost looked new instead of used. Will definately come in handy this semester at school and for a great price.
Book is what to be expected. Easy to read, search bar on the side is awesome for finding a specific word or quote.
Let me also say that has amazing customer service.
I am currently in class that requires this book, so far every easy to read and become interested in the subject.

Got this for my management class I am taking online, it has been helpful and something I will keep to help me in the future.
Received this book within 3 days of ordering. I ordered the book in new condition. When I received the book it was in really good condition with the exception of the cover a little battered but for the cost of the book it was an awesome deal.
The book arrived on time. My teacher used the old edition more than the new so I really liked that. Had some highlighting but it was okay because that was in the description. Plus I didn't mind because I got the book for a good price.
